Apples
about 16 apples, roughly peeled, cored and chopped in bite sized pieces

Dark Brown Sugar

Instructions
Stir all the seasonings and white sugar together in a small bowl.
1 Cup Sugar,
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon,
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves,
1 Pinch Salt
Add all apples to a
slow cooker
and cover in the sugar/spice mixture and brown sugar. Stir well to coat all of the apples.
6 Pounds Apples,
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
Cook in slow cooker on low for 10 hours, then puree with an
immersion blender
(see note for discount code). Then cook for another hour.
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Place in jars or sealed containers in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze in
vacuum bags
for the year.
