Ingredients
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 Cups Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
- 4 Cups Cooked Broccoli, chopped
- 4 Large Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bow mix together the soup, mayo, milk, lemon juice, curry, salt, pepper & cheese.2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 1/2 Cups Light Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup Milk, 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice, 2 teaspoons Curry Powder, 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 teaspoon Pepper, 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- In a small mixing bow, mix the bread crumbs and melted butter.2 Tablespoons Butter, 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- In a 9 x 13 pan layer the broccoli, chicken, and soup mixture.4 Cups Cooked Broccoli, 4 Large Chicken Breasts
- Top with bread crumb mixture.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
