If I dont have a cast iron like the one you’re using, do you think my ceramic coated dutch oven would lend similar results?

Definitely going to try this recipe. I’m always asked to bring beverages etc to family events, while others prepared favorite dishes. I’m going to prepare one of your dishes for Thanksgiving! Wish me luck.
