This is the first time I’ve ever commented on a recipe, but I just want to say that this is the best chili I’ve ever tried. I actually have never liked chili and I’ve made it to my 30s never liking a single chili I’ve tried. I had to make some to use up some ingredients, so I gave this recipe a try. I’m floored. It’s so good! I like chili! Thank you to the person who posted this recipe. I’m making it again tonight. 🙂

This is a lovely chili. I’m not sure why people think this wasn’t flavorful. I love the variety of beans and I found the spice blend very nice. I personally cooked the jalapeño along with the bell pepper and onions and also cooked the spices towards the end of browning the meat to toast them. I will make again. Thank you for the recipe!

Kinda lacking in the flavor department for what I prefer for chili. I ended up adding a ton more chili powder, salt, cayenne and it still was just not doing it for my hubs or I with spice or flavorfulness. Won’t make again.
