Yum!! My family loved this! I doubled the amount of kielbasa because my family loves it.

Hi Katie! It is so delicious and easy! You can do that if you want! I like to start the potatoes cooking first coating in salt and pepper and olive oil. Then I add the kielbasa and brush the kielbasa with the honey garlic sauce. That cooks a little longer with the potatoes and then I add the broccoli that has been tossed with salt and pepper and olive oil. If I cook everything at the same time, the broccoli gets way overdone. I hope this helps! Enjoy!

Do you mean you season it all in the bag & then pour out on a tray to bake? That sounds so deliciously easy!

I’m embarrassed how many times I make this. It’s so easy and versatile. I chop my smoked sausage or kielbasa, the vegetables and toss it in a ziploc bag with the sauce and put it in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. I switch up the meal with whatever I have in the fridge. Tonight was smoked sausage, carrots, a green pepper, and mini golden potatoes. Sometimes it’s butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and an apple for fall flavors. It comes out tasty every time with a really nice caramelization.

In reply to Theresa.

We made this and felt the fat from the kielbasa added a notable amount more oil. Honestly, you could probably omit the butter, stick with just 2 T olive oil, and still be great.
But either way – yes, I think it will be fine.
It’s a good recipe! We liked it and will make it again. Only change was I used ½ course mustard and ½ Dijon. Also added ¼ t crushed red pepper. Tasted great!

This is one of my family’s favorites. It’s so good and easy! Sometimes I replace the Dijon with sriracha. So yummy!
