I was told I never try anything new so I tried this on my grandson and he loved it. I have made it twice. Next up will try the Orange Chicken. That is another of his favorites. We used to go out a lot but since I am retired, we now eat at home and have food to last a couple of days which saves on the grocery bill. Thanks so much for sharing these recipes.

The chicken turned out so juicy and tender and the sauce was delicious! It was a great meal overall. Will definitely make it again.

Hi,
In you recipe for teriyaki chicken casserole, it says to use “San-J Tamari soy sauce”
Can I just use low sodium soy sauce?
And where is your recipe for the Homemade Teriyaki sauce that you make?

Seriously so happy i made this tonight! I live overseas and didn’t have all of the ingredients for homemade teriyaki sauce on hand, so I used some store bought kind we had, but it still turned out great. Can’t wait to try the sauce the next time I make this!
