this was so easy. I was very pleased by the taste. I am a fan of orzo. Mostly in soup. This was great I had this with marinated sliced pork loin (thin cut). Sprinkled with a little honey mustard & simmered for 11-13 min.
Orzo & peas was a great side.

A side that I will add to my recipe box, light and fresh, went well with our main dish oregano chicken and a salad of fresh greens, cucumbers, tomatoes with citrus vinegar and oil.
Perfect weeknight side and next day add spinach leftover chicken, you have a nice lunch.

Made this as a side with some grilled balsamic marinated chicken and some grilled zucchini and it was completely delightful. So light and fresh! Will absolutely make again.

This was amazing! I added a few mushrooms, which were a nice addition. My whole family loved this. The lemon and peas give it a bright fresh flavor!
